For the first time in nearly 20 years, the government of Brazil came into contact with isolated indigenous tribes, after it had been forced to escape because of illegal deforestation in the Amazon rainforest area.

This did happen a few days after the announcement of the FUNAI of "imminent deaths and tragedies" if deforestation had not been stopped.
This contact was expected, given that in recent weeks the Brazilian Ashaninka tribe, with which the government has contacts and who lives close to this ethnic group, has reported many sightings of the components of this unknown tribe.
In 2011, WikiLeaks published documents reported that about 90 percent of exports of mahogany from Peru had been obtained illegally by the deforestation of the Amazon forest, which is the main area in which they live these tribes.
When these indigenous tribes come into contact with Western men, the biggest problem is that they get sick of diseases common for us but for them can lead to death and extinction.
Hope for the best.
