Quantum Stealth made of folding plates lined with lenses able to hide the movements of a soldier or a tank. It is used in theaters of war, and in practice it more close to the mantle of Harry Potter you will see today

As always, more or less, men and women of every culture and background dream of dellinvisibilit power. Make yourself invisible to the nervous boss allex or where you come across the street should not be all that bad, incidentally. But there are areas of real life where linvisibilit could make a real difference: the theaters of war, for example, a scenario where personnel and equipment are at the center of the viewfinder.

In this video, Guy Cramer, founder of HyperStealth Biotechnology, explains how does Quantum Stealth, the material you want to make more and more realistic linvisibilit. It is folding plates, lined with lenses able to hide the movements of a soldier or a tank. Cramer shows how the material with a riot shield, but in the future may also be used in a versatile manner, to hide unarma or as a real poncho.

Sar can get a complete invisibility? Cramer explains that difficult to answer yes or no, but certainly this is already an advanced solution. According to the physicist John Howell, interviewed in the video from Wired US journalist Louise Matsakis, the concept of invisibility proposed by HyperStealth still relative: it would be more correct to speak of optical camouflage. Howell also explains why linvisibilit at the same time difficult to obtain, but not entirely impossible. We keep hoping.
