Fire and Fury, inside the Trump White House is the book written by journalist Michael Wolff of which the American president Donald Trump has tried in every way to prevent publication, by resorting to justice. An attempt was futile because the publisher has anticipated the volume output and WikiLeaks, shortly after, has provided the link for a free download from Google Drive.


A benefit of the reporter inadvertently volume fame was Fire and Fury, The Allied Bombing of Germany, 1942-1945, Randall Hansen, a professor of political science at the University of Toronto (Canada).

The subtitle of the book are different, of course, but, writes the New York Times, the book the professor entered anyway in three different rankings on the best-selling books from Amazon even though it will take time to determine how many copies of Fire and Fury Hansen were sold. "I do not know how much of this success is a mistake and how much is the interest created by the free advertising," the professor said in an interview with the NYT.

The tome Hansen is an academic study focused on the Second World War, was published about 10 years ago and has sold relatively well, receiving a nomination for an award in Canada.

It is not the first time that a confusing error generates positive and unexpected effects for others. It happened, for example, in February of 2017 when he was traded Snapchat but a mistake had pushed up the prices of the company Snap Interactive Inc.
